Philosophy and Approach
My work arises from the Transpersonal Tradition, offering a positive and holistic view of human nature. This approach is heart-centered, non-pathologizing, and centers on the belief that each human is born with the possibility and yearning to connect with their own resources of wisdom, guidance, and intuitive discernment. Personal growth is supported and encouraged across the full spectrum of life.
Our work is integrative in practice: fostering connection with your own innate gifts and strengths, while also addressing current distress with tools from many practices and traditions.
My additional education, training, and experience offer a welcoming space to bring spiritual experiences and existential issues into our work.
My offerings are welcoming to those drawn to holistic and complementary approaches honoring spiritual and intuitive dimensions. I draw from and offer tools from a variety of traditions. Practices and modalities are chosen to best support your goals. I set a priority to offer techniques and suggestions that honor individual culture, tradition, and personal values.
These may include various forms of meditation, self-compassion, breath work, creating and holding personal boundaries, identifying and accepting internal strengths, awareness of unhelpful “self-narratives,” and practices to shift current perspective to perceive alternatives to the current “stuckness.”
I often see my work as leaning between “midwifery and mentoring,” holding sacred space to encourage the birthing of what in you is moving toward awakening, curiosity, and new pathways.
The birthing steps are your own. I am honored to walk with and support you on your journey!

SESSION FEES
Honoring the “No Surprises Act,” you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost.
I DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE. ALL FEES ARE PRIVATE PAY.
“If You Have Insurance…”
I can provide you with a “superbill” (basically a simple medical receipt for services).
You may be able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy by your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits and submit the “Super Bill” I provide to you directly to your panel.
Check with your insurance panel BEFORE our first session to ask if you have these benefits.
Note:
“Super Bill” requires full payment (not sliding scale) for services and will only cover counseling/psychotherapy services.
All services are direct private exchange, paid on the day of our meeting.
I currently offer a number of modalities requiring various time frames to support that specific practice.
“At this time”:
Energy Medicine Practices are integrated with other services and not currently offered as a separate modality.
Sliding Scale Option is noted for each modality.
I trust you to know your own financial needs better than I. Please choose the most helpful fee for you at this time.
